Before you continue on to the next area, return to the ranch (bring anything you like back with you). Once it bursts, you will obtain another slime key. As you feed it, the rad aura will increase in size, meaning if you were already high in rads, you'd have longer to run to get out of the aura and potentially could be knocked out. After you've done that, feed the Gordo until it bursts. It is important to leave the aura and let you rad counter drop back to 0 before continuing.
Once this time has elapsed, you will earn Now as long as your rad counter is at 0, walk into the rad aura and stand there for 15 seconds.
Head to the left here and follow the tunnel round. Head through a tunnel to the left until you reach a few tall square green crystals sticking out of the ground. Once you escape the area, run along the path to the right until you see an area with a pool of water just to the right of the screen. You will have to hop across a couple of small pillars of land in order to get though, and be careful not to fall into the water and get knocked out.
Continue on the path to the left and you will enter and area with feral Pink Rad slimes. Jump and jetpack across the bridge and the gap to get to the other side where you will see a load more slimes. Walk through this area and head to the left until you see a wooden bridge. Head back to the third area where you will see the wooden scaffolding on one side of the Quarry. Return to the Indigo Quarry after you've done this. Collect 50 veggies (especially Oca Oca in the Quarry). You will need the Jetpack for this next part. Start a veggie growing in each one, and soon after you will pop: In three plots, make three gardens (if you already have mint mangos growing in one, you can delete the crop if you need the space, but make sure you vac up at least one mango and keep it with you). Once you find two different veggies here (if you find any cuberries too, bring one of these back) return to the Ranch. Also, keep an eye out for nests, as you will find Stony Hens and Stony Chickadoos, each of which will add an entry into your Slimepedia. You will likely find more carrots dotted around as well. You'll be able to find three more veggies, the Oca Oca, the Heart Beet, and the Odd Onion. Keep an eye out on the ground throughout the Indigo Quarry too. In the second area of the Indigo Quarry, you'll find the Map Node. There is an achievement related to this, but don't worry about that for now, there is an easier way to earn it later. If you stand outside of the aura, the radiation bar will slowly go down. If you stand in multiple overlapping rad auras, that number will increase much quicker. If you stand in the green glow around any slime, a radiation bar will pop up and start counting to 100, when it hits that you will start taking damage to your health. Firstly, you will find Rad Slimes, which you'll be able to see a while away due to the green aura glow around them. As you run through the first, second and third areas, you are likely to encounter a few new entries for your Slimepedia.
